  • Hybrid program- Accountability and support with weekly check-ins via email and phone calls. 1-on-1 video training sessions 2x a month.

  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation program- Available for injured athletes looking to get back out to doing what you love. 1-on-1 video training sessions 4x a month. Weekly email and phone call support and accountability.

Online coaching is the most effective and affordable way for me to offer my services. Instead of having somebody in the gym count sets and reps for you, consider me your fitness concierge.
